What is Trust Deed Investing and Is Trust Deed Investments Safe?
In California, we have Three Parties involved in Trust Deed Document. We have:
1. The Trustor (The Borrower);
2. The Trustee (Individual or Organization to Hold a Sale) and;
3. The Beneficiary (Private or Institutional Lenders)
Two Documents in Trust Deed Investments are:
a. Deed of Trust (Security of Payment, Notarized and Recorded at the County Recorder’s for Lender’s Protection)
b. Promissory Note (Agreements of Repayment Terms and Amount Between the Borrower and the Lenders)
